The PPE Heavy-Duty transmission pan is a high-strength, heat-treated cast aluminum upgrade engineered to replace the factory pan in 2011-2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Super Duty trucks with a 6R140 transmission. By providing 7 quarts of additional fluid capacity and incorporating 3/4-inch external cooling fins, this pan maximizes heat dissipation to prevent fluid viscosity breakdown during high-stress operations like towing or off-roading. Constructed from A356.0-T6 aluminum alloy using permanent steel molds, the pan features internal baffles and gussets that provide structural rigidity while preventing fluid starvation, foaming, and sloshing. The integrated stainless steel magnetic drain plug includes a high-temperature-rated neodymium magnet to capture harmful metal particles. The unit also includes a 1/8-inch NPT port, allowing for easy installation of aftermarket temperature sensors. Please note that this product fits 2011-2019 6.7L Powerstroke 6R140 Ford vehicles only. It is not compatible with other transmission models or years outside of this specified range.
