Heavy Duty Clutch Kit

The Advanced Clutch Technology (ACT) ZM2-HDSS is a Heavy Duty pressure plate and Street Series performance sprung clutch kit, designed to offer enhanced torque capacity for street performance applications. It features ACT's signature Heavy Duty pressure plate, which provides a 20% to 50% clamp load increase over OEM specifications, significantly boosting torque handling. The kit includes a sprung performance street disc, a throw out bearing, a pilot bearing, and a clutch alignment tool. This clutch kit is specifically designed for the Mazda Miata NA/NB models from 1990-2005, and is rated to handle up to 245 lb-ft of torque. For vehicles making more horsepower, ACT recommends their Stage II (Extreme) clutch. Note that for 1990-1993 models, this clutch kit upgrade requires the use of a 1994 or newer flywheel.
