The SpeedFactory Racing Heavy Duty K-Series Shift Selector is a direct replacement for the weak factory shift selector on K-Series transmissions. It is precision machined from high strength tool steel and treated with a proven heat treat process to be strengthened in critical areas.

Installation is straightforward and can be performed with the transmission in the vehicle.

Racers have historically experienced failures of the stock component, leading to potential race losses and transmission damage. SpeedFactory has analyzed these failure points and re-engineered the part for enhanced durability under racing conditions. Constructed from high-strength tool steel, this shift selector undergoes a specialized heat treatment process and is reinforced in key areas to ensure reliability. It is designed as a direct fit, simplifying installation by allowing it to be done with the transmission still in the car. The process involves removing the existing shift mechanism, replacing the factory piece with the SpeedFactory unit, and then reinstalling the mechanism. This heavy-duty shift selector is compatible with a wide range of vehicles featuring K-Series engines, including the 2002-2006 Acura RSX, 2006-2015 Honda Civic Si, and 2004-2014 Acura TSX. Additional compatible applications include the 2002-2005 Honda Civic, 2002-2014 Honda CR-V, 2006-2011 Acura CSX, 2007-2010 Acura CSX Type-S, 2007-2012 Acura RDX, 2003-2017 Honda Accord, 2003-2014 Honda Odyssey, 2003-2011 Honda Element, 2013–2015 Acura ILX, and 2012–2015 Honda Crosstour. It comes with SpeedFactory's Standard Limited Warranty.
