The South Bend Clutch ZF5-OK-HD is a heavy-duty organic clutch kit engineered for demanding applications. This kit is designed to manage significant increases in horsepower and torque, boasting a rating of 425 hp and 900 ft-lbs. It features an organic lining for smooth engagement and light pedal effort, making it suitable for both daily driving and competitive use. This clutch is capable of handling a Gross Combined Weight Rating (GCWR) of up to 20,000 lbs, making it a robust option for towing and hauling heavy loads. Its construction is geared towards enhanced drivability while effectively managing higher power outputs often found in modified diesel trucks. Fitment for this clutch kit includes 1993-1994 Ford F-250 and F-350 models with XL and XLT submodels, specifically for the ZF5 transmission. It is also noted for compatibility with 7.3L Power Stroke applications and Cummins conversions using the Ford ZF-5 speed transmission, but it does not work with Small Block Ford transmissions.
