The ACT Heavy Duty MZ025 clutch pressure plate is engineered to significantly improve your vehicle's clutch performance. It utilizes an exclusive diaphragm design that has been subjected to a rigorous four-stage heat-treating process, ensuring unparalleled durability and performance under demanding conditions. This design not only increases clamp load but also reduces deflection, leading to extended clutch life. Precision cover stampings are employed to guarantee rigidity and consistency across every unit. This Heavy Duty pressure plate offers a substantial increase in clamp load, ranging from 20 to 50 percent over stock specifications. This enhanced clamping force is recommended for applications using a street or race disc, providing a more positive engagement and improved torque transfer. The pressure plate has a diameter of 9.0 inches (228.0 mm) and meets SFI 1.1 specifications, indicating its suitability for performance and racing applications. The ACT MZ025 pressure plate is specifically designed to fit the 2004-2013 Mazda 3 and the 2006-2010 Mazda 5. It comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
