The General BT69293HCK is a complete heavy-duty rear leaf spring suspension kit specifically designed for 2005-2016 Nissan Xterra 4WD models. This kit aims to significantly enhance your vehicle's capability by increasing payload capacity beyond factory specifications, while simultaneously improving overall handling and rear suspension stability. Each heavy-duty rear leaf spring in this kit is engineered to support a substantial 1,700 lbs capacity. The springs themselves are constructed with a 4/1 (5-leaf) configuration, featuring a specific thickness grading of four leaves at .315″ and one leaf at .630″ for robust performance. The front eye bushings are pre-installed for convenience. This comprehensive kit includes (2) new heavy-duty rear leaf springs, (2) new rear-of-rear leaf spring shackle assemblies (complete with bushings for both the spring and upper frame), (4) round U-bolts with deep nuts and washers, and (2) Grade 10.9 leaf spring eye bolts with lock nuts and washers. It is designed as an exact-fit replacement for both the left and right rear leaf springs, replacing both sides of the rear suspension.
