Heavy Duty Rear Leaf Spring Kit

This ATS Springs Heavy Duty Leaf Spring Kit (BT1263HCK) is engineered to enhance the rear suspension of 1999-2007 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks. It is suitable for both 2WD and 4WD models, as well as Single Rear Wheel (SRW) and Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) configurations. The kit provides a significant increase in load capacity, with each heavy-duty leaf spring rated at 4,400 lbs, an improvement of 1,100 lbs over the OEM replacement capacity of 3,300 lbs per spring. This translates to a total axle capacity increase of 2,200 lbs. The springs feature a 7-leaf configuration (6 leaves at 0.401″ and 1 leaf at 0.812″) with a pack thickness of 3-1/4 inches and a 7-inch arch. Included in the kit are two new heavy-duty rear leaf springs with pressed-in front and rear bushings, two Ford replacement rear shackles also with pressed-in bushings, and all necessary hardware. This hardware includes various Grade 8 and Grade 10.9 leaf spring eye bolts, Grade 8 round U-bolts, and center bolts for reconnecting original helper springs and spacers (longer bolts are included at no charge for 2002-2007 models). The kit is designed as a direct replacement for both the left and right rear leaf springs.
