The SuspensionMAXX MAXXLinks SMX-1227L are heavy-duty sway bar end links engineered as a solution for weak original equipment sway bar links found in leveled trucks. These links utilize thermoplastic/urethane bushings, offering superior performance and longevity compared to the original equipment's ball-in-socket design, which is prone to rust and deterioration. The MAXXLinks provide necessary articulation without suffering from corrosion and premature wear, ensuring they remain tight and free of play for longer periods. Constructed with durability in mind, these end links feature eyelets manufactured from ultra-high strength 4140 treated alloy steel, electroplated with yellow zinc dichromate for excellent corrosion resistance. The shaft sections are made from drawn over mandrel steel tubing, and they are secured with grade 8 bolts. The SMX-1227L also includes extra heavy-duty mounting links required for this specific application. Engineered for 2006-2010 Ram 4x4 2500/3500 models, including Mega Cab variants, that have been leveled up to 3 inches, these MAXXLinks have a center-to-center measurement of 5.5 inches.
