Overview

The Highway Products Heavy Duty T-Hex Headache Rack protects the truck cab from cargo. Made from 3/16" and 1/4" military-grade T6 6061 aluminum, it is rust-free with a strength-to-weight ratio. It has a load rating over 1000 lbs and includes built-in tie-downs. The rack adjusts side-to-side and up-and-down for a custom fit. It features a "Highway Black" powder-coated finish and is compatible with or without a truck toolbox. It also offers mounting points for off-road lights. The mesh grill prevents objects larger than one inch square from passing through and reduces glare. The tapered design complements cab contours. It can carry oversized items like ladders or lumber. Optional full-length bed rails are available separately.
