These torsion bars feature cold-rolled splines for enhanced strength and a perfect fit. They are finished with a durable, black powder coating for corrosion resistance. Dobinsons presets and scrags the torsion bars directionally to prevent sagging and breakage, and they are marked for precise left/right and front/rear installation.

The Dobinsons TB59-1670 is a set of heavy-duty torsion bars engineered to enhance the suspension performance of your vehicle, particularly when carrying additional accessories. This upgrade is crucial for vehicles fitted with front-end accessories such as steel bullbars, winches, or dual battery kits, which can significantly increase the load on the torsion bars, leading to sagging and compromised handling. These torsion bars offer a superior ride by reducing suspension bottoming and improving overall vehicle handling, especially at increased ride heights. They feature cold-rolled splines for increased strength and reliability, ensuring a precise fit. The bars are finished with a thick, durable black powder coating for excellent corrosion resistance. Dobinsons ensures longevity and stability by directionally pre-setting and 'scragging' the torsion bars to prevent sagging and breakage. For straightforward installation, they are clearly marked for left/right and front/rear fitment; incorrect installation can lead to damage.
