The Dobinsons TB39-1546 heavy-duty torsion bars are engineered to significantly enhance the front-end suspension performance and maintain optimal ride height, particularly for vehicles equipped with aftermarket accessories. When additions such as steel bullbars, winches, or dual battery systems are installed, the added weight can cause standard torsion bars to sag and compromise handling. These upgraded bars feature an increased spring rate due to a thicker diameter, effectively managing the extra load. They boast cold-rolled splines, ensuring increased strength and a precise fitment. A thick, durable powdercoat finish provides robust protection against corrosion. To guarantee long-term performance and prevent sagging or breakage, Dobinsons directionally presets and scrags each torsion bar. They are also precisely marked for left/right and front/rear installation, ensuring a correct and simple fitment process. These heavy-duty torsion bars are designed as a direct replacement for OE components, requiring no modifications for installation.
