Heavy Load Rear Leaf Spring

The Old Man Emu CS031R-OME is a heavy-load rear leaf spring engineered to optimize suspension performance across various operating conditions. Designed as part of an integrated 4x4 system, these springs feature draw-tapered and diamond-cut leaves, shot-peening for stress reduction, and a military wrap design that provides added safety. A two-stage leaf pack is utilized to maintain ride comfort, while re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads help reduce friction at the tips. Technically, the spring includes a flat axle seat area for a secure, positive mount that minimizes stress. Each unit is fully scragged to prevent sagging and is load-tested to ensure it meets strict engineering specifications. Bolted leaf clamps are provided to allow for the installation of anti-squeak nylon liners. Please note that this is a leaf spring pack only and does NOT include bushings or installation hardware; these components must be sourced separately. To ensure a successful installation, inspect all parts upon receipt against your packing slip before beginning work at a shop or garage. This spring is designed for select 1986-1994 Nissan D21 and 1995-1997 Nissan Pickup models with L4 or V6 engines.
