The Old Man Emu rear leaf spring is a heavy-duty suspension upgrade engineered for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma. Specifically designed for vehicles hauling 660 lbs of constant rear weight, this leaf pack provides approximately 2.00 to 2.75 inches of rear lift, helping to maintain ride quality and ground clearance under significant load conditions. Constructed from durable steel, the 5+2 leaf pack utilizes draw-tapered and diamond-cut leaves to optimize performance. Key technical features include a military wrap design for added safety, fully scragged construction to minimize sagging, and a flat axle seat area that ensures a secure, positive axle mount. Friction is reduced via re-greasable nylon interleaf anti-friction pads, while shot-peening processes improve overall fatigue life. For optimal handling, these springs are intended to be matched with compatible Old Man Emu 4x4 shock absorbers. Please note that these springs are sold individually; customers requiring a full rear setup must order two units. Bushings are not included with the spring pack.
