Description

The Red Line Heavy ShockProof Gear Oil is a 75W90 synthetic gear lubricant designed for extreme pressure conditions. It features a unique suspension of solid microscopic particles as an extreme pressure agent, which cushions gear teeth to help prevent breakage. This oil offers a film thickness similar to a 75W250 grade while maintaining the low fluid friction of an SAE 75W90.

This gear oil is recommended for heavily loaded racing differentials and transmissions, off-road racing, and problem gearboxes. It is formulated from polyol ester base stocks and exceeds API GL-5 specifications.
