The Wavetrac differential is a state-of-the-art helical gear unit, designed, developed, and manufactured in the USA. This torque-biasing differential incorporates patent-pending technology that actively mitigates wheelspin when one wheel loses traction or becomes unloaded. This specific model is intended for manual transmission Nissan 350Z (2003-2008) and 370Z (2009-2010), as well as the Infiniti G35 (manual transmission). Please note specific axle flange replacement requirements based on your vehicle's original differential type. For 350Z models with an OEM viscous LSD, the right-hand axle flange must be replaced with Nissan #38220-AR011. For 350Z models with an OEM open differential, both axle flanges require replacement with Nissan #38220-AR011. For 370Z models with an OEM viscous LSD, the right-hand axle flange must be replaced with Nissan #38220-JK01B. For 370Z models with an OEM open differential, both axle flanges require replacement with Nissan #38220-JK01B.
