The Wavetrac differential is a state-of-the-art helical gear differential designed, developed, and manufactured in the USA by Autotech Driveline. This torque-biasing differential features patented technology that actively mitigates wheelspin during unloaded wheel conditions by creating internal load, ensuring continuous drive to the gripping wheel. Constructed with superior materials, the Wavetrac differential boasts super strong 9310 alloy steel gears housed within case-hardened steel bodies. The product includes a transferable, Limited Lifetime Warranty for added peace of mind. The intended applications for this specific Wavetrac differential (30.309.140WK) include various BMW diesel models with a 215K axle and bolt-on ring gear, specifically a gear ratio between 2.35-2.81. This includes models such as the E39 530d MT, E46 330d MT, E60 525d (up to 3/07), 530d, 535d, E38 740d, and E90 325d MT (up to 3/2007) and 330d MT (up to 1/2007). It is also compatible with F21 125d AT and F32 430d (2.56). The torque ring gear bolts to 85ft lbs.
