Helical Gear Differential

The Wavetrac differential is a state-of-the-art helical gear differential designed, developed, and manufactured in the USA by Autotech Driveline. This differential is the only torque biasing type on the market featuring patented technology that actively mitigates wheelspin when an unloaded wheel condition arises. During zero axle load conditions, the Wavetrac cam device creates internal load, ensuring that drive is maintained on the gripping wheel rather than behaving like an open differential. Construction includes super strong 9310 alloy steel gears, a robust case-hardened steel body, and reliable ARP fasteners. This differential is designed to fit standard OEM axle splines and is compatible with both 2WD and AWD front applications. Intended applications include the Acura RSX/RSX-S (DC5) with a 5 or 6-speed manual transmission (K20), Acura TSX with a 6-speed transmission, and Honda Civic Si (EP3) 2003+ models.
