The Hella Sharptone H31000001 is a universal horn kit designed to get the attention of other vehicles. It combines a low tone (300hz) and a higher tone (415hz) to project a powerful 115db sound, ideal for highway driving. This kit includes two round horns, yellow and blue in color, along with a generic mounting bracket for each and a single horn relay (not needed for Volvo vehicles).
