Hellcat Carbon Fiber Hood

The Black Ops Auto Works Carbon Fiber Hellcat Hood is meticulously handcrafted in the USA for the 2015-2023 Dodge Charger models, including Hellcat, SRT, Scat Pack, and R/T trims. The carbon fiber variants feature a proprietary UV-resistant clear gel coat, buffed to a high-gloss finish that is exceptionally durable and easy to maintain. Scratches or minor damage can be wet-sanded and re-buffed, or repaired with a layer of clear gel coat. The finish is compatible with ceramic coatings and PPF. Mounting hardware, including OEM-compatible hinge and latch hardware, is included. Buyers will reuse their OEM D-Ring from their factory hood. An optional hood prop rod is available, though the OEM hood strut is not recommended. For safety, especially during high-performance driving, hood pins are highly recommended as a secondary security measure. Proper installation is crucial; the manufacturer advises closing the hood gently with open palms over the headlights to avoid cracking. Fiberglass hoods require painting before installation.
