Hellcat Supercharger Pulley Kit

The Metco Motorsports Hellcat Supercharger Pulley Kit offers a precision-made upgrade for your Hellcat's supercharger. This kit is designed as an interchangeable unit, built around a precisely machined pulley hub made from electroless nickel-plated steel. The pulley drive ring and front cover are anodized in black for durability and aesthetics, and all included fasteners are made from stainless steel or are zinc-plated. The system allows for easy boost changes by simply swapping the outer pulley drive ring, assuming you have our pulley already installed. It's important to note that any boost level changes necessitate appropriate PCM revisions and the correct supercharger belt. Quoted boost gains are approximate and may vary based on specific vehicle conditions. The 2.85-inch pulley is recommended for street applications, while pulleys 2.75 inches and smaller are intended for race applications or those utilizing supplemental injection. Consulting your tuner is advised. Installation requires the removal of the supercharger top and snout separation. While many shops create custom fixtures, Metco offers a specifically machined steel insert (part # HPT1000) that accepts a 1-inch wrench or socket for supercharger pulley removal.
