The Litens HellRaiser 2.85" Pulley Kit is a heavy-duty upgrade for IHI Hellcat superchargers. It utilizes an OEM-designed clutched pulley to reduce stress and wear on supercharger bearings and rotors. This kit includes a 2.85" pulley, end cap, 17mm install tool, and an HD belt.

This pulley increases boost pressure, providing approximately 15 PSI on Hellcat and Trackhawk superchargers, and 18-19 PSI on Demon and Redeye superchargers. It requires larger fuel injectors and custom engine tuning for optimal performance.

The Litens HellRaiser 2.85" Pulley Kit offers a significant performance upgrade for IHI Hellcat superchargers. Designed with an OEM-validated, clutched pulley concept similar to the stock 3.35" pulley, this 2.85" upgrade from Litens is engineered to reduce stress and wear on the supercharger's bearings and rotors, unlike other aftermarket options lacking this crucial decoupling feature. This kit is a direct enhancement, providing an approximate boost increase to 15 PSI for Hellcat and Trackhawk applications, and up to 18-19 PSI for Demon and Redeye models at sea level. To safely harness this increased boost, the installation of larger fuel injectors and custom engine tuning is mandatory. The kit is supplied complete with the 2.85" Litens Supercharger Pulley, an End Cap (dust/tamper shield), a 17mm Install Tool, and a Gates HD Belt. Litens High Performance, the same firm that manufactures stock supercharger pulleys for various Hellcat-powered Dodge and Jeep models, developed the HellRaiser pulley. This product is recognized for its safety and performance, making it a valuable addition for owners seeking more power from their 6.2L HEMI engines. Note that while pinning the crankshaft pulley is not typically required with this pulley, the manufacturer assumes no liability for any damage that may occur if the crankshaft is not pinned.
