The Demco 6484 is a fifth wheel trailer hitch adapter plate designed for use with Autoslide Series Hitches and Helux Pin Boxes. This adapter plate kit features left and right capture plate adapters. It is constructed from steel with a black, carbide powder-coated finish and has a gross trailer weight capacity of 20,000 pounds.
