The Texas Speed & Performance Hemi-Hellcat 2" Long Tube Headers With High Flow Cat Connection Pipes are designed for late-model Hemi Chargers and Challengers. Constructed from durable stainless steel tubing with stainless band clamps and ball flanges, this system ensures longevity and performance. Key features include 2" stainless steel long tube headers, 3" mandrel-bent exhaust tubing, and 3" metallic core catalytic converters. The kit comes with plug & play O2 extensions for a straightforward installation. However, custom tuning is required to disable the rear O2 sensors, as the ECM will trigger a "service engine soon" light due to the altered catalytic converter placement. For 5.7L Hemi vehicles, specific connection pipes are needed to neck down to the factory 2.5" exhaust. The included S-pipes are designed for 6.1L, 6.2L, and 6.4L systems, necessitating cutting and fitting reducers for 5.7L applications.
