The Modern Muscle Xtreme HEMI Performance Single Pump Fuel System is a replacement pump designed for 2005-2019 Dodge and Chrysler HEMI vehicles. It converts the stock fuel pump module to an E85 safe, 450lph TI-Automotive turbine pump while retaining the stock surge tank.

This system is manufactured with aircraft-grade 6063-T6 aluminum, CNC milled, and hard coat anodized. It is dyno proven to support engine modifications like high horsepower stroker motors and moderate boost applications, while maintaining stock fuel system operation and EVAP readiness checks.

This system is designed as a direct replacement for the stock fuel pump module, converting it to an E85 safe, 450lph TI-Automotive turbine pump, all while retaining the factory surge tank to prevent lean fuel conditions during hard cornering or acceleration. It utilizes a genuine TI-Automotive 450lph turbine pump, the same brand found in OEM Hellcat models, ensuring reliable and high-volume fuel delivery. This fuel system is dyno-proven to support significant engine modifications, including high horsepower stroker motors and moderate boost applications. It offers a safe and reliable solution for delivering the necessary fuel volume for your specific performance modifications, preventing the need to over-speed the stock fuel pump. Key fitment details include: Challenger, Charger, Magnum, and 300 models with the 5.7L HEMI engine from 2005 to 2019; all models with the 6.1L HEMI engine; and Challenger, Charger, and 300 models with the 6.4L engine from 2011 to 2021.
