Overview

The RV6 Performance HFPCs Kit is a set of high-flow precatalytic converters designed for the Accord V6. Constructed with 304 stainless cast stainless flange sections and a 300-cell high-temperature catalyst, these components are TIG welded for durability.

The kit includes all necessary hardware for installation, such as studs, nuts, bolts, and various gaskets specific to the V6 EGR and precat-to-jpipe connections. An O2 plug is also provided.

The RV6 GEN 2 HFPCs Kit is engineered for the Accord V6 (3.5L) models from 2013-2017, offering an upgrade over stock precatalytic converters. These high-flow units are constructed from robust 304 stainless cast stainless flange sections, ensuring longevity and resistance to high temperatures. The catalytic converters feature a 300-cell count, designed to maintain emissions compliance while improving exhaust flow. Precision and durability are key features, with the components being TIG welded for superior strength and finish. The kit is comprehensive, including all necessary installation hardware such as M10 and M8 studs and flanged lock nuts, specific V6 EGR and precat-to-jpipe gaskets, and an O2 plug. This ensures a straightforward fitment process for enthusiasts. RV6 Performance backs the castings and welding of these HFPCs with a 24-month warranty. However, it is important to note that the catalytic converters themselves are not covered under this warranty. Dyno results for similar RV6 products indicate potential performance gains. For instance, RV6 PCDs (pre-cat deletes) have shown up to 37 whp and 23 torque at the wheels on comparable applications, suggesting that high-flow precats like these can contribute to noticeable improvements in power output.
