The Champion C61YC C-Series spark plug is a racing plug designed for enhanced performance. It features a 14mm thread with a 0.750-inch reach and a 5/8-inch hex size. The projected tip design extends the spark 1/8 inch further into the combustion chamber, which can improve performance by effectively advancing ignition timing.

This spark plug is intended for normally aspirated engines only and is not recommended for turbocharged, supercharged, nitrous oxide, or nitro applications. It utilizes a projected tip with a gasket seat type and a heat range of 61, constructed with a nickel copper alloy material. The gap is adjustable between 0.023 and 0.028 inches.
