Description

The Polini Hi-Speed Variator Kit is a performance transmission upgrade for 50cc scooters featuring re-engineered ramp plate geometry. This design allows the drive belt to travel further up the pulley face, which widens the gear ratio for improved off-the-line acceleration and increased top-end speed.

Each kit includes a 95mm precision-cast aluminum variator face, a drive boss with a 20mm bore, slider guides, and two sets of 16x13mm roller weights (5.6g and 6.9g) for custom tuning.
