The Rough Country Hidden Winch Mounting Plate provides a discreet and robust solution for mounting a winch on 2007-2013 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. It utilizes a standard 4.5-inch by 10-inch, 4-bolt pattern, making it compatible with most winches rated up to 12,000 lbs. Constructed from durable 1/4-inch thick steel and finished with a flat black powdercoat, this winch plate is built to withstand harsh off-road conditions. Included is a license plate relocation bracket, ensuring compliance with regulations in states requiring front license plates. Additionally, a discreetly installed engage/disengage lever allows for easy access to operate the winch. This mounting plate fits 2007-2013 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (2WD and 4WD) and GMC Sierra 1500 (2WD and 4WD) models. However, it is important to note that it does NOT work with oversized winches or those that include air compressors. It also does NOT fit models with a body lift kit installed and does NOT fit 2007 "Classic" models. Installation is estimated to take 2-3 hours and requires Grade 8 hardware, which is included.
