High Capacity Heat Exchanger

The MercRacing High Capacity Heat Exchanger (MR-C7-HX) is engineered to provide enhanced cooling for Audi vehicles with air-to-water-cooled turbo and supercharged systems. Its unique, patented design utilizes the full area of the heat exchanger to achieve excellent cooling capacity and a substantial one-gallon water volume, outperforming conventional single and dual-pass systems by allowing water to remain in the cooling stage longer for more effective heat dissipation. Constructed entirely from aluminum and hand-tig welded, this heat exchanger boasts a high-density fin core for superior heat dissipation. The durable black satin/matte coating on the end tanks provides long-lasting protection against road debris, corrosion, and is easy to clean. It features 3/4" tubes and includes a bleed port to assist with air removal during installation. The unit measures 24" W x 18" H x 2.4" D (excluding side tubes). The product has been proven to be highly efficient and competitively priced.
