High Capacity Oil Cooler

The Dinan High Capacity Oil Cooler System is engineered to significantly improve temperature control for the 2008-2010 BMW 135i (E82/E88) equipped with the 3.0L engine. As boost pressure increases, so does heat generation, making an efficient heat exchanger crucial for maintaining optimal engine performance and longevity. This cooler provides double the fluid volume of the factory unit, with 414 sq./in. of cooling tube surface area compared to the stock's 112.5 sq./in. Beyond increased volume and surface area, the Dinan system enhances cooling efficiency through integrated inlet ducting for better airflow and a larger outlet for improved fender well ventilation. Key specifications highlight the upgrade: the Dinan cooler offers 19 oz. of total volume compared to the stock 9.5 oz., 67.5 sq./in. of surface area versus the stock 45 sq./in., 23 cooling tubes against the stock 10, a tube length of 207 inches versus the stock 90 inches, and a significantly larger tube area of 414 sq./in. compared to the stock 112.5 sq./in.
