High Efficiency Downpipe with GESI G-Sport Catalytic Converter

The Two Step Performance High Efficiency Downpipe is engineered to optimize airflow and increase efficiency for Honda's 1.5L turbo engine, including models such as the 2022+ Honda Civic 1.5T, 2023+ Acura Integra 1.5T, and 2018+ Honda Accord 1.5T. This upgrade promotes optimal airflow with virtually no turbulence throughout the downpipe's body, leading to increased power and exhaust flow across the entire powerband, while also decreasing backpressure and lowering exhaust gas temperatures. Constructed with 304 stainless steel investment cast ends and a CNC pocketed design for smooth transitions, this downpipe integrates a 4.5" OD, 400 CPSI GESI G-Sport catalytic converter. This specific catalytic converter is formulated for small displacement direct injection vehicles and ensures optimal exhaust flow, capable of handling up to 850hp. All components are fully back-purged on-site to withstand high exhaust gas temperatures. The cast inlet smoothly blends turbine outlet and wastegate gases to reduce restriction, and the cast outlet allows for a smooth taper to factory or aftermarket front pipes. The kit includes the downpipe assembly, Grade 5 Titanium hardware (with optional titanium studs available), a lower gasket, and an O2 sensor harness extension for seamless installation. This downpipe upgrade does not require an ECU calibration or tune and will not result in a check engine light. It is compatible with factory and most aftermarket front pipes without needing an adapter. Please note that this product cannot be shipped to California. Welding is warrantied for 24 months.
