High-Efficiency Radiator

The SPELAB Radiator is engineered as an upgraded, direct-fit replacement for the stock unit in 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD/3500HD and GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD models equipped with the 6.6L LML Duramax Diesel engine. It provides increased durability and superior cooling performance compared to OEM radiators, addressing common failure points. This radiator boasts a high-efficiency core with more fins per inch and heavy-duty tubes to maximize cooling capacity. It features internally reinforced end tubes for enhanced strength at vulnerable corners, manufactured using special aluminum brazing techniques. The end tanks have been revised with reinforcement ribs and a fiber reinforcement in the plastic mix to increase longevity and eliminate potential failure points. Additionally, the integrated mounting points have been strengthened for secure and durable installation in the stock location without requiring modifications. Specifications include a 1-row, high-efficiency core with dimensions of 33-3/8 inches in width, 27-7/8 inches in height, and 1-7/8 inches in thickness. The inlet connection is 1-7/8 inches, and the outlet connection is a 2-inch quick connect.
