The Raybestos RHT96-217 is a friction clutch pack module for Ford/GM 6F50, 6F55, 6T70, and 6T75 automatic transmissions from 2007 onwards. This module provides all the necessary friction clutch plates for an automatic transmission rebuild in one convenient package. The RHT96-217 module includes specific friction clutch plates such as Low/Reverse HT, 4, 5, 6 HT, 3, 5 High Energy, 2, 6 High Energy, and 1, 2, 3, 4 High Energy. Raybestos Powertrain's HT friction clutch pack modules utilize a proprietary OE high energy friction material combined with a unique groove pattern. Key advantages include better-than-OE resistance to extreme heat from high-energy loading, a higher torque capacity compared to conventional high energy materials, and smooth, stable shifts without sliding, bumping, or chattering. The material's low compression is critical for maintaining piston travel, and tight production tolerances ensure a fast, hassle-free installation. These plates also provide excellent distribution of pressure evenly through the clutch. This friction clutch pack module is recommended for OE Replacement in passenger vehicles. It is manufactured in the USA.
