The Screamin' Eagle Round High-Flow Air Cleaner provides increased air flow to enhance the power of your fuel-injected Sportster model. By replacing the restrictive factory oval air cleaner cover, this kit allows riders to customize their engine's appearance with accessory round covers or a more aggressive open-element design. Each kit includes a durable one-piece cast back plate, a high-flow washable filter element, and all necessary installation hardware. The system is designed to provide Stage I performance improvements and is 50-state U.S. EPA compliant for street use when paired with stock exhaust mufflers. Installation requires specific considerations to ensure engine health and compliance. All models require ECM calibration for proper operation. For '17-later models, recalibration must be performed using the Screamin' Eagle Pro Street Tuner (sold separately) or a dealership-installed Screamin' Eagle calibration. If installing with a round air cleaner cover, the separate purchase of Air Cleaner Filter Gasket P/N 25700127 is mandatory. Furthermore, dealers are required to perform the installation to prevent lean fuel conditions and potential engine damage. This air cleaner fits '07-later XL models equipped with the Original Equipment throttle body and compatible round air cleaner cover or trim.
