The Screamin' Eagle High Flow Air Cleaner Kit enhances engine breathing by providing increased airflow compared to stock components. This kit features a composite backplate, an air cleaner cover adapter, and a high-flow, washable air cleaner element that eliminates the need for oiling. The assembly includes a redesigned breather system that routes gases directly into the carburetor inlet, which helps minimize excess oil accumulation within the air cleaner housing. The kit comes complete with the necessary installation accessories, including the element, backplate, adapter, and trim. This product is designed to fit 2004-later Harley-Davidson Sportster XL models equipped with a stock oval air cleaner cover. Please note that the XL1200V model requires the separate purchase of an oval air cleaner cover (P/N 29084-04DH). Regarding compatibility and operation, all EFI-equipped models require a professional ECM calibration, which is sold separately. This kit is intended for race applications only and does not carry E-approval (no TÜV). Users should verify local regulations before installation as the kit may not be street legal in all regions.
