The FENFABrication High Flow Air Intake V2 is engineered to significantly improve airflow for the 2020+ Ford Explorer ST. This upgraded system replaces the restrictive factory piping with 2.75-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, designed for optimal air velocity and volume. The V2 design features a dual pre-oiled cone air filter setup, replacing the previous single filter for even greater air intake capacity. This enhancement directly contributes to quicker turbo spool-up, increased torque, and a notable boost in horsepower. Constructed from durable, powder-coated aluminum, this intake boasts a 27% greater outflow compared to the stock system. It incorporates 4-ply black silicone couplers for secure and reliable connections, ensuring a leak-free installation. The design also makes the turbocharger and blow-off valve more audible, adding an auditory performance cue. The system maintains ambient intake air temperatures while cruising and is advertised to provide +20hp gains on the stock turbo configuration.
