The WCFab 2001-2004 GM LB7 6.6L Duramax Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit enhances airflow to the turbo and engine, boosting efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. It replaces restrictive OEM components (Y-Bridge, passenger and driver side intercooler pipes) with 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum piping, featuring WCFab's TIG welded, CNC machined billet y-bridge base for a full 3-inch intake tract. The kit also includes a fabricated aluminum air intake pipe and air box enclosure with a dry filter assembly, replacing factory plastic parts. This significantly increases airflow, leading to improved horsepower, torque, quicker throttle response, and cooler intake temperatures by drawing cold air from the inner fender. A High Flow 4-inch Turbo Intake Horn, compatible with OEM and upgraded drop-in IHI style turbochargers, removes OEM restrictions for better turbo spool and top-end power. Upgraded silicone boots are included for higher pressures and temperatures, improving reliability and preventing boost leaks. A Fuel Pressure Regulator Valve (FPRV) Block Off Kit provides clearance for the larger Y-Bridge assembly. The entire kit is available in various WCFab custom powder coat colors.
