High Flow Bundle Kit Stage 1 11-16 Duramax LML Deore Gold

This High Flow Intercooler Pipe Kit is a Stage 1 upgrade for the 2011-2016 LML Duramax engine. It improves airflow between the turbo and engine, leading to enhanced efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. The kit eliminates weak points in the factory design, which can cause boost leaks or complete failures in demanding applications.

It includes:
* A 3" High Flow Passenger Side Upper Crossover Intercooler Pipe, offering a 20% size increase over the OEM part. This pipe removes the resonator for an improved appearance and a more aggressive turbo and engine sound. It is designed for use with the OEM Y-Bridge and connects to the factory throttle valve and grid heater.
* A 3" High Flow Driver Side Intercooler Pipe, which replaces the factory two-piece 2.5" pipe with a high-flow, one-piece 3" pipe.
* A 3.5" High Flow Passenger Side Intercooler Pipe, replacing the factory plastic two-piece pipe with a high-flow, 14-gauge aluminum one-piece 3.5" pipe.

The kit also features upgraded silicone boots designed to withstand higher boost pressures than factory components, increasing reliability and eliminating blown factory boots and horsepower-robbing boost leaks. The pipes are available in various custom powder coat colors. It is recommended to pair this kit with emissions-compliant tuning and drop-in turbochargers for optimal performance gains.
