High Flow Bundle Kit Stage 1 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ Orange Frost

Stage 1 upgrade for 2006-2007 LBZ Duramax. Improves airflow, efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. Replaces OEM upper intake manifold with a 3" Y-Bridge Kit. Addresses common OEM Y-bridge failures (poor design, slip-fit, prone to blowing apart under boost). Features a high-flow, bolt-together 3" bridge for a secure seal. Includes 3" high-flow upper and lower intercooler pipes with mandrel bends and CNC machined billet flanges. Driver (Hot) Side 3" Intercooler Pipe replaces 2.5" OEM, eliminating reverse-style bead roll design. Passenger (Cold) Side 3.5" Intercooler Pipe (14 ga. aluminum) replaces plastic OEM, flows 47% better than stock, uses CNC machined flanges with double O-ring seals, new wire clip rings, and an upgraded silicone hump boot with stainless steel t-bolt clamps. Compatible with factory grid heater and EGR connections. Finished in custom powder coat. Pairs well with emissions-compliant tuning and drop-in turbochargers. No tuning required, compatible with stock trucks.
