High Flow Bundle Kit Stage 1 for 2020-2022 Duramax L5P Flat Black

The Wehrli Stage 1 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit is designed for L5P Duramax engines to enhance airflow and address weaknesses in the factory intake system. This kit replaces the stock intercooler piping with stronger, higher-flowing components capable of handling increased boost and heat. It includes a 3-inch hot side intercooler pipe and a 3.5-inch cold side pipe, improving upon the restrictive 2.5-inch OEM pipes. The hot side pipe removes the OEM resonator and middle boot joint for cleaner airflow. The cold side features a CNC-machined flange and a black anodized billet aluminum adapter with double O-rings for a secure, leak-free seal. The kit also replaces the factory clip ring connection at the Y-bridge with a heavy-duty silicone boot and stainless T-bolt clamps to prevent boost leaks.
