High Flow Bundle Kit Stage 1 for 2020-2022 Duramax L5P Gloss Black

This Stage 1 upgrade kit for the 2020-2026 L5P 6.6L Duramax Diesel Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500/3500 HD trucks is designed to enhance airflow between the turbo and the engine. It aims to improve efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up while eliminating common weak points in the factory intake system that can lead to boost leaks or complete failures, especially in demanding applications. The kit replaces the restrictive 2-piece 2.5-inch diameter factory driver (hot) side intercooler pipe and the leak-prone plastic/rubber passenger (cold) side pipe. It includes WCFab's heavy-duty 3-inch diameter 1-piece driver (hot) side intercooler pipe and a 3.5-inch diameter passenger (cold) side L5P Intercooler Pipe. These pipes are made in the USA from high-strength, heavy-duty 14-gauge aluminum tubing with smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends for increased durability and optimized flow. The 3-inch driver side pipe eliminates the OEM resonator and middle boot joint. High-quality reinforced silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps are included for superior temperature resistance and boost pressure holding capabilities. The 3.5-inch passenger side pipe features a CNC machined flange, a black anodized CNC machined billet aluminum adapter with a double O-ring seal, and an upgraded silicone boot to withstand higher boost pressures. The kit is compatible with stock trucks and does not require tuning.
