High Flow Bundle Kit Stage 1 for 2020-2022 Duramax L5P Sparkle Copper

Stage 1 upgrade for the 2020-2026 L5P 6.6L Duramax Diesel Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD truck. This kit improves airflow between the turbo and engine for enhanced efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. It addresses weak points in the factory design that can lead to boost leaks or failures in high-performance applications. The kit replaces the restricted 2-piece 2.5-inch diameter driver (hot) side intercooler pipe and the leak-prone plastic/rubber passenger (cold) side pipe with WCFab's heavy-duty 3-inch diameter 1-piece driver (hot) side and 3.5-inch diameter passenger (cold) side L5P Intercooler Pipes. Constructed in the USA from high-strength, heavy-duty 14 gauge aluminum tubing with smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends for increased durability and optimized flow. The 3-inch Driver Side pipe eliminates the OEM resonator and middle boot joint. It includes high-quality reinforced silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps for superior temperature resistance and boost pressure holding capabilities. The 3.5-inch Passenger Side pipe features a CNC machined flange, black anodized billet aluminum adapter with a double o-ring seal, and an upgraded silicone boot to withstand higher boost pressures. The full assembly is available in various WCFab's signature custom powder coat colors. It installs with basic hand tools and is compatible with stock trucks, requiring no tuning.
