The Wehrli Custom Fabrication Stage 2 High Flow Intake Bundle Kit for 2017-2019 L5P 6.6L Duramax Chevrolet Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500/3500 trucks combines a Stage 1 High Flow Bundle and Stage 2 Intake Kit. It is designed to increase airflow to the turbo and engine, improving efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. This kit eliminates weak points in the factory design that can lead to power loss, boost leaks, and failures in high-performance applications. The kit includes a high-flow fabricated intake pipe, intake horn, and airbox enclosure with a dry filter assembly, replacing restrictive plastic factory parts. It features 14-gauge aluminum construction with 4-inch diameter piping for the intake and smooth aerodynamic bends. The intake horn is over an inch larger than OEM, with claims of up to a 25HP gain with a 4-inch turbo inlet and a Max Effort Tune. The kit also upgrades the intercooler pipes with heavy-duty 3-inch diameter 1-piece driver (hot) side and 3.5-inch diameter passenger (cold) side 14-gauge aluminum pipes. These pipes are designed with smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends and include high-quality reinforced silicone boots and stainless T-bolt clamps.
