High Flow Bundle Kit Stage 2 for 2020-2023 Duramax L5P Gun Metal

The Wehrli Custom Fab 4" Stage 2 Intake Kit W/ Air Box enhances Duramax engine airflow for improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool up. This kit combines WCFab Stage 1 High Flow Bundle and Stage 2 Intake Kit, replacing restrictive plastic factory parts with a high-flow fabricated aluminum intake pipe, intake horn, and air box with a dry filter. This design significantly increases airflow, boosting horsepower, torque, and providing cooler intake temperatures by drawing cold air through the hood Ram Air duct and inner fender. Made from 14 gauge aluminum, it features 4-inch piping with smooth aerodynamic bends for improved intake air velocity, volume, and an aggressive engine/turbo sound. The air box is 10G aluminum, and the intake horn is over an inch larger than OEM. It includes high-quality hardware, silicone boot, seals, and stainless steel t-bolt clamps for durability and easy installation. A removable air box lid allows for easy filter inspection and maintenance with an included hydrophobic pre-filter cover. The Stage 2 kit also upgrades the restricted 2-piece 2.5-inch driver (hot) side intercooler pipe and leak-prone 2-piece plastic/rubber passenger (cold) side pipe with WCFab's heavy-duty 3-inch 1-piece Driver (Hot) Side and 3.5-inch Passenger (Cold) Side L5P Intercooler Pipes. Made in the USA from high-strength, heavy-duty 14 gauge aluminum tube with smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends for increased durability and optimized flow. The 3-inch Driver Side pipe eliminates the OEM middle boot joint and includes reinforced silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps for superior temperature resistance and boost pressure holding. The 3.5-inch Passenger Side pipe features a CNC machined flange with a double o-ring seal and an upgraded silicone boot to withstand higher boost pressures. Installs with basic hand tools. Compatible with stock trucks, no tuning required.
