High Flow Bundle Kit Stage 3 for 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ Deore Gold

The Stage 3 upgrade for the 2006-2007 LBZ 6.6L Duramax equipped Chevrolet Silverado or GMC Sierra 2500 / 3500 HD truck combines the Stage 2 High Flow Bundle with a 3" Stainless Steel Down Pipe. This kit provides increased air and exhaust flow for the turbo and engine, leading to improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool-up. It eliminates weak points in the factory design that can cause power loss, boost leaks, and failures in demanding applications. The kit includes a high-flow fabricated intake pipe, intake horn, and air box enclosure with a dry filter assembly, replacing restrictive plastic factory parts for improved engine performance and sound. It significantly increases airflow to the turbo, resulting in improved horsepower and torque and cooler intake temperatures by drawing cold air through the inner fender. The air box is made of 10G aluminum sheet, and the 4.8" turbo intake horn is claimed to be the largest on the market, offering a 20% airflow improvement over stock. The kit also upgrades the restricted 2.5" diameter driver (hot) side intercooler pipe and the leak-prone plastic/rubber passenger (cold) side pipe with WCFab's heavy-duty 3" diameter 1-piece Driver (Hot) Side and 3.5" diameter Passenger (Cold) Side LBZ Intercooler Pipes. The key component is the signature high flow 3" Y-Bridge Kit, which replaces the poorly designed OEM upper intake manifold. This bolt-together style two-piece 3" bridge provides a secure sealing surface and improved flow. The kit also includes a 3" Stainless Steel Down Pipe. The entire assembly comes with a custom powder coat finish. It's compatible with stock trucks and requires no tuning. This product cannot ship to California.
