High-Flow Camplate and Oil Pump Kit

This comprehensive kit aims to deliver superior performance by increasing oil pressure, volume, and flow rates, while simultaneously enhancing oil scavenging capabilities. The result is a quieter, smoother-running engine with improved thermal management. The system boasts significant improvements over stock, including a 27% increase in pressure and scavenge gear volume, and a 42% greater scavenge volume achieved through precisely sized passages and matched holes to the engine case. Furthermore, it delivers 46% more oil volume to the crankshaft and connecting rod bearings, leading to cooler engine temperatures (15-25 degrees Fahrenheit) and cooler oil temperatures (15-30 degrees Fahrenheit). The oil pressure is also increased by 10-30 PSI, and the system actively reduces wet sumping, blow-by, and oily air cleaners. Key components of the RACE SERIES® kit include a billet 7075 aluminum HIGH FLOW camplate, a RACE SERIES® oil pump with deeper scavenge kidneys for increased volume, and RACE SERIES® SHORT travel hydraulic lifters. The lifters are designed with a slower bleed-down rate to manage heavy valve spring pressures and increase engine RPM before valve float. This kit also includes a cam installation kit, cam bearing, cam/crank bolts and washers, and engine assembly lube. The billet 7075 aluminum construction of the camplate and oil pump provides 50% greater hardness and strength compared to factory components, ensuring tighter tolerances under heat and increased longevity. This oiling system is specifically designed for Harley-Davidson Milwaukee Eight oil-cooled engines, fitting gear or chain drive configurations from 2017-2026 (Touring models 2017-2025, Softail models 2018-2026). It is important to note the manufacturer's recommendation for oil level management, advising to run the oil level at 90%-99% full when hot.
