The CTS Turbo High Flow Cat is specifically designed to integrate with the CTS-EXH-DP-0013 downpipe, offering a high-flow solution for enthusiasts looking to upgrade their exhaust system. This part functions as a replacement for existing catalytic converters, aiming to improve exhaust flow. To prevent a check engine light (CEL) after installation, a proper tuning software is required. CTS Turbo recommends using Stage 2 software upgrade for optimal performance and to avoid potential issues. This high-flow cat is not a turbo-back conversion part and is intended solely as a replacement for existing components within the exhaust system. The product is sold for competition use only and is not street legal. It is compatible with various Volkswagen models, including the Mk6 (2011-2014) and Mk6.5 (2015-2018) GLI with the 2.0T Gen 3 engine, as well as the Passat B7 (2012-2019) and Passat B7.5 (2020-2022), also with the 2.0T Gen 3 engine.
