High-Flow Catalytic Converter

The CTS Turbo Ford Raptor EcoBoost 3.5L High-Flow Cat Downpipes are engineered to maximize exhaust flow and deliver substantial power gains for the 3.5L Twin Turbo engine. Designed using advanced CAD technology, these downpipes ensure a perfect fit, replacing the restrictive factory catalytic converter. Constructed from durable T304 stainless steel, each component is meticulously hand TIG welded and back-purged to guarantee long-lasting, reliable performance. The 200-cell High Flow-CATS are not compliant with emissions regulations, and the product is sold for competition use only, not for street or highway vehicles. Installation requires Stage 2 downpipe-specific software tuning to prevent a check engine light. While an optional CEL eliminator can reduce the possibility of a cat efficiency code, it is not guaranteed to be 100% effective. These downpipes will significantly alter the exhaust sound, producing a louder and deeper growl with a more pronounced exhaust note, especially noticeable during up-shifts. Additional product details include: designed and tested on a real car, cast T304 stainless steel construction, and extra O2 bungs for wide-band sensors if needed. It is highly recommended to install the CTS Turbo turbine adapters concurrently for optimal exhaust flow and power.
