High Flow Catalytic Converter, 3-Inch Stainless Steel

The CTS Turbo B8/B8.5 High Flow Catalytic Converter is engineered to significantly improve exhaust flow and performance for your Audi A4, A5, AllRoad, or Q5 equipped with the 1.8TFSI EA888 Gen 1 or 2.0TFSI EA888 Gen 2 engine. Constructed from durable T304 stainless steel, this high-flow cat pipe features a 3-inch diameter and smooth, mandrel-bent piping for optimal exhaust gas transition from the turbocharger. It incorporates a 200-cell stainless steel high-flow catalytic converter, two O2 sensor bungs, and an additional bung for wide-band sensor installation, all fully TIG welded for maximum durability. Substantial power gains, enhanced exhaust flow, and a more aggressive exhaust note are key benefits. However, to avoid a Check Engine Light (CEL) and ensure proper operation, appropriate tuning software is required; a Stage 2 software upgrade is strongly recommended. The design includes a nearly 4-inch flare that tapers to 3 inches to optimize flow dynamics. This high-flow catalytic converter is compatible with the factory turbo, CTS-TR-1070, CTS-TR-1070X, and CTS B8 BOSS kits. Fitment is specifically for 2009-2016 Audi A4 2.0T, 2009-2016 Audi A5 2.0T, 2009-2016 Audi AllRoad 2.0T, and 2009-2017 Audi Q5 2.0T. Please note, this converter does not fit late ROW (Rest of World) cars with the EA888 Gen 3 engine.
