High Flow Catalytic Converter Kit

The Solo Performance High Flow Catalytic Converters are constructed entirely from stainless steel, including welds, O2 bungs, and flanges, ensuring long-lasting durability. Designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for 2006-2014 Dodge Charger, Magnum, and 300 R/T models equipped with the 5.7L Hemi engine, this kit includes exhaust pipes, clamps, and all necessary hardware for a straightforward installation. The converters feature a 200-cell stainless steel spiral wound design, rated at 6.0L per side (12.0L total cleaning ability), designed for ultra-high flow. Solo Performance has focused on achieving optimal sound quality alongside performance gains, incorporating a free-flow Mach-Resonator into the converter assembly. This design aims to prevent the unbearable noise that can result from simply removing restrictive stock converters, instead producing what the manufacturer describes as an "8 Cylinder Symphony." The system is engineered to increase exhaust volume by approximately 15-20% while deepening and richening the tone, and has been tested on multiple vehicles with over 1000 miles, reporting no engine light issues. These catalytic converters are EPA compliant for OBDII vehicles, 1996 and newer. However, they are not legal for sale or use in California, Colorado, or New York, and are legal in Maine only on EPA Federal Emission Equipped vehicles. Solo O2 extenders are supplied and required in the rear O2 bungs.
